Proposed Amendments:

1.Introduction of Authorized Member – Namely parent/ spouse/son/daughter who are not owners but residing with the owner – for selection to Board of Managers / MC ( clause 3.3.2)

2.The maximum number authorised members shall be restricted to 5. They cannot be nominated as OBs (clause 1.13)

3.Revision in financial powers of the BOM raised from Rs 1 lac to now up to Rs.2.00 lakhs ( Clause 16.5 )

4.Emergency financial powers – 125% above as and when emergencies like natural calamities etc occur (refer clause 16)

5.Introduction of guidelines for payments to vendors through internet/online/digital transactions(Clause 33.2)

6.Introduction of guidelines for Annual Maintenance Contracts (clause 34.16)

7.Residents compliance and penalties (Clause 39)

8.Over the years various guidelines emerged and were put in to practice to facilitate day to day working – viz Policy for Pets(clause 34.7), Swimming Pool regulations (Clause 34.8), Rules for Sangam Multiple Purpose Hall (clause 34.14.5), Use of Indoor games room (Clause 34.14.6), Rules for Use of Gymnasium (clause 34.14.7 ). These guidelines being dynamic in nature need updating on regular basis keeping in mind the requirements of the community from time to time as well as ensuring total adherence to the law of the land .Therefore they would not be part of by laws but treated as Operational Guidelines
